The Clogblogger Comes to Town

Ernst-Jan and Edial, the organisers of Blog08, have been incredibly enthusiastic about the advent of The Clogblogger. I thought it was amazing that they donated the ticket to the London Bloggers competition that I ended up winning. That wasn’t enough help, apparently. Now that they realise I won, based on a pledge to wear Big, Wooden, Netherlandish Clogs to Blog08, they have plugged me on the Blog08 website. At least now the other bloggers should understand why some girl with a weird accent is wandering around in a big pair of Klompen. At least, we hope…I only pray they don’t expect me to dance.

I’m still a bit nervous about all this clog wearing, but I promised everyone that I’d wear clogs, so I shall,

and no doubt I’ll make a complete CLOG of myself…

but I’m kinda looking forward to it.
